No Refunds:

  • ArshBoutique does not offer monetary refunds for any purchases. All sales are final, and no cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged if there are issues related to color or size.
  • Time Frame: The return or exchange must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
